State Minister of Civil Aviation and Tourism has instructed the airline officials to behave more passenger-friendly. Mahbub Ali He asked the immigration officials of the airport to be sincere so that the passengers do not suffer any kind of harassment and discomfort.

The State Minister visited various branches of Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in Dhaka today Saturday from 12 noon to 4:30 pm. At that time, he gave this instruction to the concerned officials.

During the visit, State Minister Mahbub Ali visited the airport’s baggage belt area, ground service equipment division, aircraft ready for flight, hangar area, aircraft flight catering center, immigration.

Mahbub Ali directed to enrich the content of Biman’s inflight entertainment system to ensure inflight entertainment for passengers during the inspection of Biman Bangladesh Airlines aircraft ready for departure. Apart from this, he advised Biman Bangladesh Airlines to be more sincere in ensuring the cleanliness and cleanliness of any aircraft after returning to the airport at the end of the flight, as well as to ensure the comfortable and relaxing travel of the passengers.
In a circular sent by Public Relations Officer of the Ministry of Civil Aviation and Tourism, Tanveer Ahmed, it is further said that the State Minister, while visiting the Baggage Belt Area and Ground Service Division, advised to increase the supervision of senior officials in these two departments. As there is a need for skilled manpower in the ground service, he directed to complete the aircraft recruitment process for this department with transparency and speed. At the same time, he advised the aviation authority to complete the process of purchasing modern equipment for the ground service division with speed and transparency.

The notification also said that the state minister has instructed the staff working in the hangar to work more carefully in handling the aircraft during the maintenance work. Later, while visiting Biman Flight Catering Center, he toured the activities of various parts. He also directed the officials of the catering center to ensure better quality of inflight food prepared for the passengers.
