The new flagship service center of the motorcycle brand ‘Yamaha’ was inaugurated at Haq Center in Tejgaon of the capital on Monday. It is located next to Yamaha’s flagship showroom. ACI Motors Executive Director Subrata Ranjan Das and senior officials of Yamaha Japan and ACI Motors were present as the chief guests at the inaugural function.

More than 120 customers can get service every day in this service center with 20 bays. Customer-facilities include spacious waiting room with WiFi facility. All types of genuine Yamaha spare parts and lubricants are also available at this center.
Considering the safety of the customers, this service center has the facility of purchasing certified helmets and various types of safety gear. Everything in this state-of-the-art service center is computerized. Customers can easily get bike service through online booking. So that time wastage will be reduced a lot. Customers can check the live status of the service on their mobile phones from anywhere through the paperless job card system.

Note that ACI Motors is the sole distributor and joint technical partner (technical collaborated partner) of Yamaha motorcycles in Bangladesh. ACI Motors started its journey in 2007 as a subsidiary of ACI Limited. Currently, Yamaha has more than 99 ‘3S dealer points’ across the country.
Yamaha has confirmed 3S facility at all dealer points in the country. As a result, bike buyers don’t have to worry about service. At each service center Yamaha has ensured all modern equipment like Yamaha Diagnostic Tools (YDT) and Fuel Injector Machine (FI Machine). The benefits of which are being enjoyed by thousands of Yamaha bike users across the country.

Yamaha Technical Academy (YTA) works to continuously improve Yamaha service. Through which service technical training is given to all service technicians attached to Yamaha service centers across the country. YTA trainers are trained by Yamaha Global and are experts in various technical aspects including Yamaha FI Station, YDT. Currently all service technicians are being developed as expert and pro-active by YTA’s expert trainers and advanced equipment.
